Flat Creek Deck & Porch builds outdoor structures in one place and knows that place well: Peachtree City and the Fayette and Coweta County towns around it. New decks, composite re-decks, screened porches, repairs, refinishing and shade structures - that is the entire menu, framed in treated southern pine to the 2024 International Residential Code as Georgia amends it. We are not a general remodeler who also builds decks. The narrow focus is the point, because the difference between a deck that lasts and one that does not is a handful of connections most trades touch once a year and we touch every week.
The way this city is built shapes how we work. A planned community with roughly 100 miles of cart path, a tree ordinance with teeth, and village HOAs that predate most of the houses means the paperwork is a real part of the job rather than an afterthought. So we do it first: plat, setbacks, easements, tree measurements, HOA packet, permit. Then we quote a fixed line-item price, order nothing until you approve the drawing, and build to a drawing the inspector is looking at too. Show up when we said, charge what we quoted, and build something we are willing to drive past in ten years.
